DAO – Chinese Cuisine
For starters, a new restaurant that will be opening soon is DAO, which will feature contemporary Chinese cuisine. The restaurant and lounge will have a stunning view of the Sierra Madre jungle greenery through authentic Mondrian glass walls. They also have double high ceilings, fine tapestries, redwood flooring, and handmade ceramic décor, too. The DAO Chef was born in Hong Kong and he has brought his own twist to traditional Chinese dishes. Every dish is prepared fresh and using only the finest ingredients. The restaurant opens at 6:00PM and stays open till 11:00PM, and is located in between the two towers at Hotel Mousai.
NOI – Italian Cuisine
NOI is an Italian cuisine restaurant that is found next to the lobby at Hotel Mousai. They are bringing a new concept to authentic Italian design. Their ceilings are double high, and they have added contemporary art to create an elegant and unique dining environment. Make sure you look at the wraparound wall mural that is more than three meters high when you are visiting the restaurant. NOI’s menu will feature delicious pasta dishes, pizzas, risottos, and fresh salads. They also serve breakfast starting at seven in the morning until noon, then they reopen for dinner at six and close at eleven.
Rooftop Bar South – Al Fresco Dining
The Rooftop Bar South is where to go if you want to see amazing Puerto Vallarta views. It is the perfect place for lunch with friends, or a romantic dinner with your partner. As soon as you walk into the restaurant you will see the lush Sierra Madre jungle and the waters of the Banderas bay. Rooftop Bar South is the best place to go for cocktails, lunch and dinner.
