Tafer Hotels & Resorts developers and the Villa Group partners got together with the late Jim McCarthy and they founded the EWF back in 1999. Their mission is to give back to the communities where the resorts are located. To date, the Eagle’s Wing Foundation has made important contributions to local residents in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto
